* Tattoos must be FULLY healed to be Judged for all categories. (other than Best of Day categories)
* Best of Day must be started and finished the day of the contest. If the tattoo is an expansion of another tattoo, only the area tattooed that day will be looked at for judging.
* A single tattoo can only be entered into up to 2 contests categories.
*you must be present for judging. you do not have to be present DURING WINNER ANNOUNCEMENTS .
