* Best of Day must be started and finished the day of the contest.  If the tattoo is an expansion of another tattoo, only the area tattooed that day will be looked at for judging. 

* Best of Day registration will pause while healed categories are being judged and will resume after that judging cycle.  

​* A single tattoo can only be entered into up to 2 contests categories. 

*Person with the tattoo on their body must be present for judging. That person DOES NOT have to be present DURING WINNER ANNOUNCEMENTS.
